WOW...what the fucking fuck! The normal rate for child support is about 20% of your check. That's cool and all but you know sometimes it still stings. Your buying power and living power is definitely cut down, but it is a sacrifice you make for busting that nut with someone you cared about. Or someone who wanted to trap you and succeeded. Let's say you make 50K a year, it's like you make 40K. They take child support out before taxes, but you still don't get a tax break. There is a little known rule that the state can take up to 40% of your check for child support. It takes about 3 months for them to reduce your amount owed and you have to get a lawyer involved, so for those of us struggling it's impossible to afford. It is an 18 year expense at minimum. I know I was a greedy ass kid and I assume my kid will be the same. So even when you buy toys and gifts and things it doesn't count towards child support. The bottom line is you will pay...
Child support is based of of what you make. I had a great job and made good money. Before I even was divorced I started paying my ex when she left so I was used to it. I should have called her bluff and made her divorce me sooner. I would have kept my good job and pay. And I would have nailed about 30 more chicks instead of playing faithful husband. So the child support amount was based off of that. I left my old job and with this shit economy I haven't been able to find a job that pays the same. I work at an hourly job, no offense to those who do, but I am WAY to qualified to work anywhere where you have to clock in. So you know I'm not getting paid shit.
So today I go to get a second job(insulting I know) so I can pay my bills. The state says I am a little behind, but that's because I don't make shit. I still pay and I see my kid as I should so I am doing what I can. They told me that I would have child support taken out of the second paycheck too. Straight bullshit. If I go to a sperm bank and beat my dick, I assume 20% of my nut is hers too. 20% of my soul? How much is too much? Dads we are definitely getting the short end of the stick.
My ex gets to work one weak ass job and my family watches our kid as much as she does and she gets paid another 15K a year from me. That' not a bad gig. Having a kid from someone who is well off is like winning the lottery. Lay on your back and get paid...SIGN ME UP!! She always whines, but you don't have to watch him every night, I'm tired, blah blah blah. Shut the fuck up. Who doesn't want to see their kid every day? My ex needs more "me" time than someone in solitary confinement. I would love to go into depth about some of these crazy child support amounts, but I have to get to my second job. Don't worry we will talk about some of these 50K a month orders, and I encourage you to let me know how you really feel about wild shit like that. I discourage political correctness on here, so let your true feelings show.
