Well I'm sure this site has caught your attention because of the catchy title. That's the point. I'm not advocating being a deadbeat parent, but I do have issues with how the child support system is ran. So this will just be my journey into that world and how it affects my daily life. The language will be real, raw, and uncut so if you don't like those kinds of things then leave. I hope to make you laugh, cry, and think about your situation if it is similar, or to wrap your dick if you are just trying to get a piece of pussy cuz you could be stuck like me, broke as hell while your ex is gallivanting around the country sucking cock with the money that is supposed to be used on your kid(yes I'm bitter).
I'm writing this blog as a dad so I'm gonna reference the person getting screwed as the dad...but if you are a lady and this is happening to you feel free to change the gender. As my ex once told me, "no judge is going to take the child away from the mother if everything is equal, it's just not natural". And I have found this to be true, most judges don't want to rile up women's lib groups and whatnot or the women who have a strong say at the polls when it's time for re-election.
There are about 250 million people in the US and about half of those are married(all these facts are from the census bureau, but don't expect me to quote facts that much cuz that shit is a waste of time. But I will if it serves my point to prove how non custodial parents aka Dads get screwed by the system). Anyway, lets say 80% of those marriages produce kids so about 100 million kids have been born. Half of these marriages end in divorce-affairs, abuse, bitch stops cooking fucking eggs when I wake up, etc. so now we have 50 million families where the home is broken. Some of the parents decide to handle child support on their own as adults(recommended), some just say 'fuck it' I'm gonna be a deadbeat(not cool), but the majority end up in court where child support is imposed. Most of the time it is 20% of the income which is fair depending on how much you make but I don't think the judge needs to be involved.
This 20% is where the problems begin and where this blog comes from. I hope you enjoy what I have to say...feel free to comment with your experiences and opinions even if you disagree with what I say. If your post is poignant enough I may take the time to respond and shit over it.
This is a work in progress with the ultimate goal being my own website with discussion forum and a big ass billboard on the freeway. I want to raise awareness to the plight of the dads(and the 6 moms) who are getting the raw end of the deal. If you are a deadbeat don't even say shit on here cuz I will be quick to put your ass in the deadbeat Hall of Fame.
